Description: The new and improved version of Robonaut is finally available (not for personal use) and will start it's first mission shortly. This is an advanced robot, which was created by General Motors in collaboration with NASA to serve as space shuttle engineer. It will be capable of repairing and providing technical assistance in risky and life threatening missions, like repairing a satellite.
Innovative features:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Replace humans in risky actions
- Programmed to repair space shuttles and satellites
- Resists cosmic conditions
Problems: it is unknown how it will perform during a real mission.
